SiteMaths provides construction calculation tools for professional and personal use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

All calculations are provided as a guide only. SiteMaths calculators are tools to assist in estimation — they do not replace professional engineering advice, licensed surveying, or site-specific assessment. Always verify results with a qualified professional before making construction decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact our support team within 7 days of a charge for assistance.

5. AI Plan Analysis

The AI Plan Scan feature is provided as a convenience tool. Results are estimates only and must not be used as the sole basis for tendering, ordering materials, or construction decisions without independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the SiteMaths app is the property of SiteMaths and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
